3658995 - Percentage Difference for an account under profit and loss comparison report displays negative value instead of positive

Symptom

When generating the Profit and Loss Comparison Report, if the current year's negative balance for an account increases compared to the previous year's negative balance, the Difference column will show a value indicating a negative increase. However, the Percentage Difference column will display this change as a negative percentage rather than a positive one.
