Symptom

In TIH enabled instance, competency-filter configured for different participant categories does not work as expected in 360 form.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. in TIH enabled instance, configure competency-filter for different participant categories in a 360 form template, for example: <meta-cat hidden-threshold="1" min-count="1" max-count="20" competency-filter="xxx,xxxx" cat-weight="25.0" ><![CDATA[Manager]]></meta-cat>
  2. Launch a 360 form.
  3. In modify stage, click on "show assignment" button and notice that the pre-configured competency assignments are not reflected correctly. Users are deselected under the configured competencies; competency filter in 360 form does not work as expected.

Resolution

This is current system behavior.

The value of the "competency-filter" property in the form template currently only accepts JDM ID (competency id) rather than WSM ID.
