Symptom

  • A large number of records in CX Flows are entering the Potential status and remain stuck in the processing queue.

  • The queue continues to build up, but records are not processed further.

  • This causes delays in downstream actions and directly impacts SLA commitments.

  • No clear error message is displayed in the UI; the records appear “Pending” without progress.
