Symptom

A large number of records in CX Flows are entering the Potential status and remain stuck in the processing queue.

The queue continues to build up, but records are not processed further.

This causes delays in downstream actions and directly impacts SLA commitments.

No clear error message is displayed in the UI; the records appear “Pending” without progress.
