3659109 - Outbound delivery not triggering credit check in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

All necessary credit check configurations for delivery type LE have been completed. An outbound delivery &2 was created with reference to sales order &1, but &2 was not subjected to a credit check.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a sales order &1.
  2. Save the sales order &1.
  3. Add the "SAP Credit Management" role to the customer for the sales order in the "Maintain Business Partner" app.
  4. Create a delivery document &2 without triggering a credit check.

Resolution

The creation time of sales order &1 was earlier than the creation time of the customer's SAP Credit Management role, resulting in the absence of credit-related field values in the sales order. Consequently, outbound delivery &2, which was created with reference to sales order &1, also lacks credit-related field values. Therefore, outbound delivery &2 did not trigger a credit check.
