3659155 - Journal Entry Tracing for Settlement shows no data - SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition

Symptom

  • Predecessor Journal Entry and Investment WBS origin fields appear empty for certain assets in the "Journal Entry Tracing for Settlement" view of the "Asset Transactions" app.

Environment

 SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the "Asset Transactions" app.
  2. Navigate to the "Journal Entry Tracing for Settlement" view.
  3. Observe that the Predecessor Journal Entry and Investment WBS origin fields are empty for certain assets.

Cause

This functionality is for Events Based Settlement and Independent AUC only. See reporting section in below link.
