3659195 - Events reported on the FU when "No Execution Tracking" is set

Symptom

In the Freight Unit Type Customizing the Execution Tracking Relevance is set to "No Execution Tracking". The FU is planned with a Freight Document (for example Freight Order) which is relevant for Execution Tracking. When event is reported on the FO, the event is propagated back to the FU. It is expected that no event is reported on the FU based on the configuration.
