3659204 - IDoc for Employee Replication Created with Only E1PITYP Segment and No Infotype Data

Symptom

When running employee replication (e.g., using transactions PFAL or RHALEINI) from SAP ERP to another system (such as SAP CRM), the generated IDoc (e.g., message type HRMD_A) is created with only E1PITYP segments and does not contain any actual infotype data (such as E1P0000, E1P0001, etc.). As a result, data is not transferred for affected employees.
