3659219 - TFC_COMPARE_VZ/FAGLF03 displays documents from a different fiscal year

Symptom

When the report TFC_COMPARE_VZ (or the transaction code FAGLF03) is executed for a fiscal year, the lower window displays documents from a different fiscal year, with the description "Document Not Posted to Any Ledger".
