Symptom

Access SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP. URL: https://cockpit.btp.cloud.sap) subaccount and create a role.
This activity fails with: "The number of custom roles per subaccount must not exceed 2500" error. 
This issue can also occur when creating roles via APIs.
