3659312 - Unable to export model in SAC, error faced: "Unable to export this object due to database error. Please try again later or contact SAP support"

• Attempts to export the model 'XXX' to the target system and it is resulting in the error: "Unable to export this object due to database error. Please try again later or contact SAP support." 
• It only fails when the 'data' checkbox is selected. - From the HAR collected: "{\"messageKey\":\"DB_ERROR_EXPORT\",\"aArgs\":[],\"text\":\"SAP DBTech JDBC: [2048]: column store error: export failed: [30146] Too big for client export. Please use server-local export.;A file exceeds maximum size for remote export (2048MB):,Too big for client export. Please use server-local export.;A file exceeds maximum size for remote export (2048MB): $container$\"}"
• When the 'data' checkbox is not selected in the transport selection tab, the export works

SAP Analytics Cloud 2025.14.12 

1. Log into SAC;
2. Go to Transport > Export > New export
3. Select the model - select the 'data' checkbox.

SAP Analytics Cloud only supports the export of content up to 2GB. The model exceeds this quota as it contains a large amount of data.

Resolution 1:

Transport the model without the data checkbox selected to the target tenant

Transport the huge-sized data using the Data Export service, following the guide:
