3659324 - Third-Party Purchase Order Not Visible In Third-Party Order Fulfillment Work Center

Third-Party Purchase Order is not visible in the Third-Party Order Fulfillment Work Center.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Purchase Requests and Orders work center.
2. Navigate to the Purchase Orders view.
3. Search for the Purchase Order using the filter "All Documents".
4. Select the Purchase Order and navigate to the Items tab.
5. Verify that the Purchase Order is created with third-party material.
6. Go to the Third-Party Order Fulfillment Work Center.
7. Go to Third-Party Purchase Order view.
8. Search for Purchase Order XYZ with filter as "All Purchase Orders by Selection".

        No records Found

The Purchase Order is being created by copying an existing Purchase Order instead of being generated from a Sales Order with fulfillment set to External.

1. Ensure that Purchase Orders intended for third-party fulfillment are created directly from a Sales Order with fulfillment set to External.
2. Verify that the Sales Order is correctly assigned and configured to generate the Purchase Order.
3. Purchase Order created via Sales Order only appears in the Third-Party Order Fulfillment Work Center.
