3659407 - Item Text cannot be printed with delivery output type DELIVERY_NOTE - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Item Text has been maintained in Outbound Delivery and Form Template has been configured to include Item Text with delivery output type DELIVERY_NOTE.

However, Item Text is not being displayed in the Form Template.

It's a known bug after hotfix collection HFC06 which was applied to systems on/after 18/09/2025.

SAP is currently working on a correction and this bug will be fixed in the hotfix collection HFC07 (Planned on the weekend of 4^th, 5^th Oct.).
