3659407 - Item Text cannot be printed with delivery output type DELIVERY_NOTE - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

Item Text has been maintained in Outbound Delivery and Form Template has been configured to include Item Text with delivery output type DELIVERY_NOTE.

However, Item Text is not being displayed in the Form Template.
