3659433 - Learning "Item Title" field not displayed in Story Reports when using a different system's language

When logged into the instance with a user that has locale language set to a different language instead the default system's language, e.g EN_UK, no label is returned for Learning "Item Title" field in a Story report even after correct permissions are provided. When changing user's language to English US (EN_US), the text is visible.

1. Login to SuccessFactors;
2. Navigate to Reporting tab (Report Center);
3. Run any Story report that have the "Item Title" field from Learning;
4. Observe that the "Item Title" field will not display correct label in various locales. But when the instance is set to the default system's language the values are displayed accordingly.

This behavior is currently expected. The system does not provide standard labels for the "Item Title" field in locales other than default. To make these labels available in other languages, they must be manually configured in Learning Administration side.

Please add the needed labels for the other locales manually in Learning Administration. To do that, kindly follow the steps below:

1. Go to Learning Administration > Learning Activities > Items > Search and access the desired Item;
2. On "Item Details" tab go to "Title box" > Click on the globe icon ("Translate");
   
3. Choose the language and add the desired Title;
   
4. Click "Save" or "Save and Close" at the bottom of the box;
5. The same process can be applied to the "Description";
6. "Item Details" tab > "Description" box > Click the globe icon ("Translate");
7. Choose the language and add the description > Click "Save" or "Save and Close" at the bottom.
8. Now if you go to the Story report using a different locale language the fields will be displayed accordingly.
