3659542 - Terminated employee is not converted to Alumni after offboarding completion

• Status "Completed" displayed in Offboarding Dashboard, but Alumni process shows "Unavailable".
• AlumniProcess records exist under Manage Data.
• Details of Onb2ConvertTerminatedEmployeeToAlumniJob show "Successfully converted 0 terminated users to Alumni".

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Check the job information history and find the terminated employee is still Active.

1. Navigate to Manage Organization, Pay and Job Structures > Event Reason and find the one used for termination
2. Update "Employee Status" to "Terminated".
3. Refresh OData metadata cache.
4. Delete the existing termination record and re-terminate the employee.
5. Verify that the user becomes inactive and the Onb2ConvertTerminatedEmployeeToAlumniJob should converts the user to Alumni.
