3659615 - Unposted Source Document due to Error Message: Service product XYZ / company ABC: valuation data not specified.

An Employee Time Calendar BB (BB stands for the document ID of the Employee time Calendar) cannot be posted due to the following error message: “Service product XYZ / company ABC: valuation data not specified.” 

(XYZ stands for the service ID and ABC stands for the company ID)

Business by Design

1. Navigate to the General Ledger Work Centre.
2. Open the "Unposted Source Documents" view.
3. Filter for company ABC.
4. Search for Employee Time Calendar BB.
5. Observe the error message: "Service product XYZ / company ABC: valuation data not specified."

Valuation data missing for the Service product included in the Employee Time Calendar. 

1. Navigate to the Product Portfolio work center.
2. Select View Products, then filter by Services.
3. Search for Service XYZ.
4. Click View All.
5. Open the Valuation tab.
6. Use the value help in the Companies field to select Company ABC.
7. Choose the appropriate Account Determination Group from the dropdown.
8. Set the Status field to Active.
9. Once the valuation data is specified and saved, post Employee Time Calendar BB in accounting.
