3659642 - Feasibility of Connecting Dependents UI Directly to Benefits Enrollment

Symptom

Users are required to navigate between two separate interfaces, one for creating dependents and another for enrolling them in benefits, causing delays in the enrollment process.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Dependents

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Global Benefits

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create dependents in the Dependents portlet.

  2. Go to the Benefit Enrollment section.

  3. Select the created dependents for enrollment.

Cause

This is the expected system behavior, and the two UIs cannot be linked.

Resolution
