onView rules are not triggering in Dependents portlet in Legacy People Profile.

In the Legacy People Profile, onView business rules are not supported for the Dependents portlet.

With the introduction of the Latest People Profile (PPX), the framework was enhanced and now supports triggering onView rules. To take advantage of this enhanced functionality, it is recommended to use PPX.

Please note the following current limitations of onView Rules for Dependents in PPX:

• The scenario is still limited for the Dependents. It is not possible to set fields from different entities within this rule (for example, setting fields from Personal Information for Dependents).

• It also only supports setting field values. Setting field visibility is not supported at this time.
