Symptom

  1. The option to select "Microsoft Entra ID" as a system type is unavailable in Identity Provisioning Service (IPS).
  2. The issue persists despite following the steps outlined in the help article: Microsoft Entra ID | SAP Help Portal 
  3. The help article specifies that the SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG) bundle option is required, but there is uncertainty about how to verify its availability.
  4. The IPS is already being used for other SAP systems such as SuccessFactors and Work Zone.
