3659763 - Scheduled Import Jobs are failing in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Scheduled Import Jobs are failing with error message:

• Refresh Failed in Data Timeline.
• "EPM_SERVICE : Schedules.setParameter: failed to update parameter mappingID" seen under Monitor>Trace.

Manual refresh fails with the same error.

SAP Analytics Cloud Enterprise (2025.14.14)

1. Login to SAC.
2. Open Model.
3. Go to Data Management Tab.
4. Notice that Scheduled Import jobs are failing with error: 
   • "Refresh failed" error in Data Timeline
   • Error seen in Monitor>Trace: EPM_SERVICE : Schedules.setParameter: failed to update parameter mappingID:"

Issue is under investigation by development team.

While development team work on a permanent fix, please this workaround to unblock critical models:

1. Open Import jobs Schedule Settings.
2. Make a dummy change.
3. Save the Schedule Settings.
4. The import jobs start working correctly again.
