3659799 - Unable to maintain bank account due to "bank account is being edited by ***" error

Symptom

  • When attempting to maintain a bank account in transaction code FI12, the system displays the error message: "bank account is being edited by ."  And this is the user himself.
  • Logging out and logging back into the system does not resolve the issue.
