Email notifications are not triggered for the task "Maintain User and Access Data" although the task has been subscribed.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to the Personnel Administration Work Center.
2. Access the Regular Task view.
3. Select any country 
4. Choose the "Hire Employee" option
5. Enter all required basic information
6. In the Organizational Unit section, select an Org Unit without an assigned manager
7. Complete the hiring process
8. Observe that the task is created in the Application and User Management Work Center under the Work view
9. Verify that no email notification is triggered for the created task

As per the current system design, the task type Maintain User and Access Data for (<Technical ID>) <Sorted Formatted Name> is not configured for email notifications.

The task type "Maintain User and Access Data" is not configured for email notifications by default. Raise a functionality request through the Customer Influence Portal to enable email notifications for this task type - Customer Influence Portal.
