Symptom

It is desired to retrieve Dynatrace information in order to analyze overall performance of implementation.

Reproducing the Issue

Cause

Service Request.

Resolution

  • Due to a Dynatrace Limitation, only one instance of Dynatrace might be connected to one environment (in this case, CPQ environment), since CPQ Team already uses Dynatrace to keep track of needed metrics to maintain a healthy and stable environment, it is not possible to use one's own Dynatrace Instance
  • Due to security reasons, it is not possible to provide a proxy access to CPQ Dynatrace environment
  • To access Dynatrace metrics, it is necessary to submit a case to the CEC-SAL-CPQ-OPS Component, detailing which metrics or information are needed to conduct the analysis
    • Operations Team will evaluate the request and compile a report with the information that can be shared.
