3659941 - Internal Notes in Externally-Owned Stock Adjustment Not Displayed in Goods and Activity Confirmation Document.

• The Goods and Activity Confirmation (GAC) document does not display the internal comments entered in the Note section of the Externally-Owned Stock Adjustment.
• The Note field in the line item of the GAC document appears blank, even when notes are added during the Externally-Owned Stock Adjustment process.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Physical Inventory Work Center.
2. Select Externally-Owned Stock Adjustment from the common task.
3. Add an internal comment in the Note section while creating an Externally-Owned Stock Adjustment.
4. Once adjustment is completed, Goods and Activity Confirmation document gets created.
5. Open the GAC document and observe that the internal comments provided in the Note section of the Externally-Owned Stock Adjustment are not visible.

• The system does not provide any mapping between the Note field in the Externally-Owned Stock Adjustment document and the Internal Comment field in the Goods and Activity Confirmation (GAC) document.
• This is the reason that the note field in GAC document appears to be blank, even though notes are entered during Externally-Owned Stock Adjustment.

It is the expected system behavior that the internal notes provided in the Externally-Owned Stock Adjustment are not transferred into the Goods and Activity Confirmation (GAC) document.
