Symptom

Require clarification as to the need for purchase info records within the scope item 5D2 (Advanced Intercompany Sales Orders).

  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

Resolution

The purchase info record must be created for the supplying plant and must contain a pricing conditions. This is mandatory for the creation of the Purchase Order in the process.
