3659973 - Email Address Validation Not Working in DRC for Non-Existing Accounts

Symptom

An email address is registered in the Partners Master Data, and you know it is not valid. You can verify its validity using an external tool like Email Checker. Upon issuing an NFe to Cloud using this partner, and checking in the J1BNFE Monitor > Dist Log, DRC returns the message "The e-mail was successfully sent. - Message ID ..." for the non-existing email address.
