3660017 - "Error occurred when transitioning the workflow" message appears upon approving the hire workflow initiated from Onboarding

Error occurs when approving a new hire workflow initiated from MPH > Onboarding.

• “Error occurred when transitioning the workflow.”

1. Proxy as the workflow approver
2. Approve a new hire workflow triggered from MPH > Onboarding
3. Error occurs

The workflow which is pending for approval seems to not exist anymore as onboarding has been cancelled.

Please cancel/withdraw the workflow and restart the process of hiring.
