Symptom

Internal hires initiated from RCM do not appear on the onboarding dashboard.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Initiate internal hire from RCM
  2. Check the onboarding dashboard
  3. Internal hire does not appear

Cause

Option "Enable Enhanced Internal Hire Process" is not enabled in "Onboarding General Settings" page.

Resolution

  1. Go to "Onboarding General Settings" page
  2. Enable this option "Enable Enhanced Internal Hire Process"
  3. Go to "BPE:Monitor Processes"
  4. Find the job id of unfinished task (Refer to this KBA 3552422 - How to identify the Job ID more easily in BPE Monitor Processes - Onboarding - SAP for Me )
  5. Go to "BPE:Manage Process Tasks"
  6. Find the target process task using job id
  7. Select the task and click "Restart Task" button
