3660066 - C/I Activity or Investee consolidation unit missing after uploading by Data Collection task

When checking the Group Journal Entries app, the Investee Consolidation Unit or C/I Activity type information is missing from the postings.

When running task 2141 in the Consolidation Monitor in test mode, the group shares for each consolidation unit are showing as zero.

SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition

1. Upload the file in the data monitor.
2. Observe that there is no Investee Consolidation Unit value and C/I Activity value for some FS items

Predefined substitution rules and control fields are preventing the uploaded FS item from passing validation. Specifically, the rule "/0SAP/GR_COI_5" (Clear C/I Activity and Investee for FS items not related to C/I) is causing the issue.

1. Set the FS item (e.g., FSITEM 101280) to NCI target in Define FS item app
2. Alternatively, deactivate the substitution rule "/0SAP/GR_COI_5" (Clear C/I Activity and Investee for FS items not related to C/I) using the Manage Substitution and Validation Rules app
3. Test the changes in the system to confirm resolution.
