3660101 - Incorrect available amount calculation in credit line analysis report - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• Amount shown in the "Available Amount" field in the Credit Line Analysis Report is incorrect.
• The system adds the Credit Line and Utilized Amount instead of calculating the difference.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Navigate to app Credit Line Analysis.
2. Review the facility for example, which has a credit line of 8,360,000 USD and one linked loan with amount -980,000 USD.
3. Check the "Available Amount" field and note that the displayed value is 9,340,000 USD instead of the expected 7,380,000 USD.

• Facility is categorized under transaction category 200 (Obtained), while the linked drawdown transaction is categorized under transaction category 100 (Investment).
• The discrepancy in transaction categories indicates that the drawdown transaction represents the release of a credit line rather than its utilization.
• As a result, the system calculates the available amount using the formula: (Credit Line) - (-Utilized Amount), leading to the addition of values instead of subtraction.

1. Confirm the transaction categories assigned to the facility and drawdown transactions.
2. Correct the transaction category of the facility to align with the direction of the drawdown transaction.

Please note that the change of the configuration will only affect to the facilities created after that.

Additionally, as the configuration could lead to potential logic issues. The product team will enhance the SSCUI to impose restrictions in the future release.
