3660149 - Interview Delete Notification not sent when deleting unbooked interviews in Interview Scheduling - Recruiting Management

• Interview Delete Notification email is not received by the organizer or interviewer after deleting interviews from the Interview Scheduling page.
• The email is missing specifically when the deleted interview did not have a booked time slot.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Navigate to the Interview Scheduling page
2. Schedule an interview for one or more candidates
3. Click on the "Delete" button to delete the created interview
   
4. Confirm that the interview organizer and interviewer do not receive the "Interview Delete Notification" email 

The interview time slot is not booked.

• Interviews without a booked time slot are not considered valid.
• Deleting an interview that was not booked will not initiate the Interview Delete Notification email.
• If you need a deletion email to be sent, ensure the interview time slot is booked when scheduling.
