3660200 - Error "You are not authorised to view/update this data for this user" while updating termination workflow

• Error message: "You are not authorised to view/update this data for this user" appears when attempting to update a termination workflow.
• The approver is unable to update the workflow despite having permissions for Employment Information, Job Information. 

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Initiate a termination workflow for an employee
2. Attempt to update the workflow as the approver.
3. Encounter the error message: "You are not authorised to view/update this data for this user."

The issue is caused due to some of the necessary permissions missing for the approver to view and edit specific job information and HR actions.

1. Ensure the following permissions are granted to the approver's permission role:

• Employee Central Effective Dated Entities > Job Information Actions (Correct), Job Information Actions (Edit).
• Employee data > HR actions > Separation (Edit).

2. Verify that the approver can now update the workflow successfully.
