3660240 - Disable Message FF707 in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

Message FF707: "Tax entered incorrect (code &1, amount &2), correct &3 &4" is displayed as a warning or an error when entering a tax amount that differs from the tax the system would calculate. 

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the "Create Incoming Invoices" app.
  2. Enter data including manual tax amount different to tax that would be calculated by system.
  3. Warning message FF707 appears.

Cause

The functionality to disable the FF707 message is not supported in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Resolution

It is not possible to disable message FF707. This needs to be raised as a feature request. Please follow instruction mentioned in this KBA 2963059 - How to Submit Feature Requests for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Product.
