3660245 - "C_IT_STRPWHLDGTAXITEMQ" could not be activated in MAIN_SHDRUN/ACT_UPG phase

The target of the upgrade is S/4 HANA 2023 (SAP_BASIS 758). Below objects can't be activated during ACT_UPG phase:

EEDO519X"DDL Source" "C_IT_STRPWHLDGTAXITEMQ" could not be activated
EEDO519 "DDL Source" "I_IT_STRPWHLDGTAXITEMC" could not be activated
EEDO519 "DDL Source" "P_IT_STRPWHLDGTAXITEM3" could not be activated
EEDO519 "DDL Source" "P_IT_STRPWHLDGTAXITEM4" could not be activated

And P_IT_STRPWHLDGTAXITEM4 shows below error in shadow instance:

CAST  of type DECFLOAT34 to type CURR is not possible
