3660370 - Error Message "The employee assignment is not available" is displayed.

While updating a Work Agreement of a Worker, the following error is encountered: The employee assignment is not available (WFD_WP1_MSG 017). 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. 

Blocked Work Agreement ID is used while creating a new Work Agreement.

Work Agreement ID should be unique. Hence make sure not to use any previously used Work agreement ID including the blocked ones.
