3660401 - Workflow Checkbox in HRASR_DT is Greyed Out and Cannot Be Edited

Symptom

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

When maintaining a process in transaction HRASR_DT, under Additional Form Scenarios of Process the Workflow column is displayed but the checkbox is greyed out and cannot be edited.

The Workflow checkbox is an informational indicator and cannot be edited manually in HRASR_DT
