3660518 - Smartform created from Workflow Step is read-only in iOS and Android [Field Service Management]

Symptom

  • When a smartform is created from the "SmartForm" screen type of Workflow Steps, it is not editable.
  • The smartform is read-only, and the user cannot perform any actions on it.
  • If the user manually deletes the smartform created by the workflow step and creates a new one, the new smartform becomes editable.
