3660542 - Legacy Workbench: Filtering 'Candidate Type' by 'Agency' yields no results. Redesigned Workbench: Works as expected - Recruiting Management

When using the Legacy Workbench, filtering by 'Candidate Type' and selecting 'Agency' yields no results. However, performing the same action in the Redesigned Workbench (filtering by 'Applicant Type' and selecting 'Agency') successfully displays a list of agency candidates.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

1. In the Legacy Workbench:
   • Filtering by 'Candidate Type' and selecting 'Agency' shows no results.
2. In the Redesigned Workbench:
   • Filtering by 'Applicant Type' and selecting 'Agency' displays agency candidates as expected.

The issue is specific to the Legacy Workbench but works correctly in the Redesigned Workbench

The Engineering team noted that fixing this issue would require a substantial redesign of the application data related to Agency candidates. Given the roadmap to phase out the Legacy Workbench in favour of the Redesigned Applicant Workbench, they decided not to proceed with a fix.
