Symptom

SAP Cloud Connector subaccount is failing/not connecting to BTP, and following is perceived from SCC trace (ljs_trace.log  / scc_core.trc).

Caused by: io.netty.resolver.dns.DnsNameResolverException: [15452: /xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:0:0:0:0:8844:53] DefaultDnsQuestion(connectivitynotification.cf.ap10.hana.ondemand.com. IN A) failed to send a query '15452' via UDP (no stack trace available)
Caused by: java.net.SocketException: error 101 - Network is unreachable
    at sun.nio.ch.DatagramChannelImpl.send0(Native Method)
