3660615 - Navigate to or Drill down don't work during Target Mapping from Fiori to WebGUI

Symptom

When accessing Fiori apps, for example app W0081 "Cost Center Plan/Actual" or App W0076 "Internal Orders - Plan/Actuals" the functionality for "Navigate to" or "Drill down" is not working as expected. The WebGUI screen such as T-code KSB1 or KOB1 displays no data.
