Symptom
Does SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System have backend logs (such as SMTP or Application logs) to verify email delivery?. Is there any possibility of accessing backend logs (such as SMTP or application logs) or having them placed in the customer's SFTP location on a regular basis (e.g., weekly or monthly)?

Resolution
Customers do not have access to view SuccessFactors Learning backed logs (such as SMTP or Application logs), as these logs are considered internal and only accessible to the SAP Team. As per our standard process, SAP does not offer and support requests to transfer SMTP or Application logs to a customer's SFTP.
To obtain notification email-related information, customers currently have the following options:
- Feature: 'Manage Unsent Emails'
- Report: Email Summary Audit Report
- Database Tables: PA_MAIL, PA_MAIL_ARCHIVE
- Should customers have mail related issues that cannot be addressed via existing knowledge base articles, please contact our Support Team where we can assist you and provide further guidance.
