3660649 - No Form Template Determined in the Sales Order Output - S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

No form template can be determined in the sales order output page, with the below two error messages:

• No output possible for output item '1' due to inconsistencies (Message no. APOC_OR_MESSAGES260).
• Form template name can't be initial (Message no. APOC_OR_MESSAGES111).

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create a sales order by filling in all the necessary data.
2. Click the "Display Output Request" button and go to the "Create Standard Order: Output" page.
3. Find that the "Form Template" is blank.
4. If selecting this output line item and click "Send Output", will receive the above two mentioned errors.

The root cause lies in incorrect configurations for the determination step "Form Template" in the "Output Parameter Determination" app. For example, the values for the columns "Role", "Sender Ctry/Reg.", and "Recipient Ctry/Reg." were incorrectly maintained as " " (double quotes).

1. Access the OPD configuration for the determination step "Form Template".
2. Identify the columns "Role", "Sender Ctry/Reg.", and "Recipient Ctry/Reg.".
3. Remove the incorrect value " " (double quotes) from these columns, by clicking the drop-down triangle and then selecting the "Remove Cell Value" option.
4. Leave these fields blank if they are not required as determination factors.
5. Activate these changes.
