3660697 - Unable to replace incorrect 6-digit GCP with correct 7-digit GCP

Symptom

  • The system does not allow maintaining a 7-digit GCP because a country/region prefix with the same prefix pattern already exists.
  • Deletion of the 6-digit GCP is not allowed due to dependent objects.
  • Error encountered when attempting to implement SAP Note 3612330: "Unable to delete company prefix in SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals."
