3660721 - Error message "An error occurred. Please create an incident on component PP-SFC." occurs in Schedule Order Closing Runs app

After scheduling a job in Schedule Order Closing app, the job ends with status "Failed". There is an error message in the job log:
"An error occurred. Please create an incident on component PP-SFC."

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The orders included in the job have costing errors which prevent the order from being closed. Such errors can be checked in Manage Product Costing Errors app.

Clear all the errors in Manage Product Costing Errors app and then execute the job.

If this cannot resolve the issue, raise a case under component PP-SFC-2CL to SAP to check the issue further.
