3660728 - Application error Occurred while Scheduling an Interview for a Candidate Due to Client Secret Key in Outlook Integration is Expired - Recruiting Management

Application error occurred while scheduling an interview for a candidate. 

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Navigate to Interview Scheduling
2. Select any candidate and click "Start Scheduling".
3. Add any interviewer and a custom slot.
4. Click "Continue".
5. Select any template.
6. Click "Send to Candidate".
7. Observe the error message: "An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support (with the error information of errorId=*******, timestamp=*****and the version information from the current screen) 

 The Client Secret Key being configured in Outlook Integration is expired.

1. Please contact the IT team and the Azure team.
2. Configure an update Secret Key in the Azure Portal.
