3660751 - How to configure Consolidated Worker selection during Profile Worker approval

• Buyer is unable to create new or select existing Consolidated Worker (CW) record during approval when a Profile Worker (PW) is created by the Supplier
• This causes the PW to merge under the CW record created for another worker when they are different workers despite being a potential match.
• It is by design that Supplier does not get the option to select CW record when creating a PW. How can I configure the system to create a new CW record and treat the worker as NOT a match, when the PW is created by the supplier?
