Symptom

  • Unable to save changes in transaction MM02 or /STTPEC/TRD_ITM_SER when trying to serialize a product with a 13-digit EAN value.
  • Existing EAN categories cannot be replaced or appended with a new EAN category for serialization without encountering errors.
