3660761 - Error RP019 Triggered During IT0002 Creation for DE Employee via PA40

Symptom

Error message "RP019" is triggered when attempting to create IT0002 for DE employees using transaction PA40. The error occurs despite field "Date of Birth being hidden in the configuration (T588M). "Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
