Symptom

  • The "Enterprise Manager heartbeat" metric triggers alerts in SAP Focused Run and automatically closes without manual intervention.
  • The collected data shows "Heartbeat missing" with values (min=0, max=0, count=0) in the MAI_UDM_STORE.
  • In the sapdpcpush.log following error shows:

"[ERROR] [Manager.SapPush.EFP] failed to push 10000 metrics"
