Symptom

  • The withholding tax type is not being sent to SAP ERP via SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network, even though the field is mapped and values are present in the source payload.
  • Error message: Withholding tax code requires you to enter a withholding tax type.
  • The issue occurs consistently when withholding tax is included on an invoice.
