3661094 - Sales Employee Party is not displayed in customers account team

Symptom

  • You are replicating business partners from S/4HANA to SAP Cloud for Customer.
  • You have maintained the internal item type under Party Role Definition.
  • The item type has the Sales Data flag enabled under Party Role Definition.
  • You have maintained the corresponding mapping under PartyRoleCode in Code List Mapping.
  • The corresponding messages for API BusinessPartnerReplicationIn appear as Successful in the Web Service Message Monitor. 
  • However some partner functions included in the payload are not populating the Account Team section for the replicated account.
  • The payload shows a segment similar to this:
